Already Using Legacy Moving Stickers? Tagdd+ Speaks Your Language.

You don’t have to rip out a system your crews already know. Tagdd+ was built to log the same color, lot, and tag numbers you’re printing today — no new sticker rolls required.

For decades, movers have relied on colored inventory tag rolls — a color, a lot number, and a sequential piece number printed on a sticker that gets slapped on every item leaving the house. It’s simple, it’s fast, and every crew member already knows how to read one.

The kind of sticker roll most moving crews already carry on every job.

Tagdd+ doesn’t ask you to replace that habit overnight. Instead, the app gives you a place to record exactly what’s already printed on the sticker — so the item is digitally tracked the moment it’s tagged, using the same color, lot, and number your crew is already writing down.

1

Create an item, match it to the sticker

When creating an item in Tagdd+, just enter the same details already printed on the physical sticker: the tag color, the lot number, and the tag number. No relabeling, no second system to maintain — the digital record simply mirrors what’s already on the item.

2

Spot the sticker color without picking up the item

Once items are logged, the packing list shows a colored dot next to every item number. That dot isn’t a status indicator — it’s the sticker color you assigned when the item was tagged. A crew member scanning the list can confirm which color roll an item belongs to without ever touching the box.

The goal isn’t to force a new workflow on day one. It’s to let Tagdd+ sit alongside the sticker system your crews already trust — while quietly building the digital record that makes inventory audits, claims, and customer transparency possible later.

Room to grow

Start with stickers. Grow into RFID whenever you’re ready.

Legacy sticker support isn’t a ceiling — it’s an on-ramp. The same items you’re logging by color and lot number today can move to RFID tagging, and eventually RFID + NFC, without starting your inventory system over.

1

Legacy stickers

Log color, lot, and tag number straight from the sticker roll you already use. Zero hardware, zero retraining — just a digital record of what’s already on the item.

2

RFID tagging

Swap in RFID tags and a reader confirms an entire truckload or room in seconds — no more walking the inventory line item by line item to check it off.

3

RFID + NFC

Layer NFC onto high-value or sentimental items so customers can tap and verify with their own phone — the full visibility tier, when you’re ready for it.

Every tier lives in the same Tagdd+ system, so upgrading a crew, a warehouse, or a single high-value item doesn’t mean rebuilding your inventory from scratch.

Keep the stickers. Add the visibility.
