Scan the Badge. Skip the Paperwork.: LaborNet + Tagdd+ Compliance | Tagdd+ Blog

Feature · LaborNet Compliance Integration

Scan the Badge. Skip the Paperwork.

Your crew already checks in on every job. Tagdd+ and LaborNet now share that same scan, so checking someone in for the job and confirming their CID status happen in the same motion.

CID compliance usually lives outside the move itself: a phone call to confirm a background check, a roster nobody double-checks, a laborer added the morning of the job with no record beyond a text message. Tagdd+ and LaborNet close that gap by building the check directly into Crew Check-In, the same step drivers already run on every job.

Crew Check-In lives right in the pack task list, same as always.

1

Scan their LaborNet badge

Tap Add Crew, choose Scan QR, and scan the same badge already on their LaborNet ID. It’s the badge they already carry, not a separate credential someone has to issue or track.

Scan QR pulls up the same badge already on their LaborNet ID.

One badge, everything included

Their LaborNet ID carries the compliance too

The same badge a laborer already carries for LaborNet shows their CID status right on it, active, verified, and ready to scan. Nothing separate to issue or track.

2

Checked in, and compliant, in the same moment

The scan checks the crew member in on the job and reports their CID status automatically. No separate app, no extra paperwork, no chasing down verification after the fact. If someone’s CID isn’t active, that shows up here too, before they’re on the truck, not after a claim or an audit asks the question for you.

A missing CID record after the fact is a bad conversation for everyone involved. A CID check that happens automatically, at the exact moment someone’s checked in for the job, isn’t a conversation at all. All of it backed by LaborNet’s background checks and ID verification.

Compliance shouldn’t be a separate job.
