Is there a contract? +
Tagdd+ Movers is month-to-month — cancel anytime. Enterprise plans typically run on an annual agreement with a dedicated SLA.
What counts as a “driver”? +
Pricing is per active mover or driver using the Tagdd+ app on a job — not per vehicle. A two-person crew sharing one truck counts as two drivers. Seasonal or part-time crew can be added or removed anytime.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. Changes prorate against your current billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for franchises? +
Multi-location franchise groups get volume pricing — reach out to sales for a custom quote.
